How We Work

There’s no doubt that CEOs of non-profit organisations often struggle to find the resources they need to deliver the greatest social impact. Both money and talent are thin on the ground and time is usually too short. CEOs are often immersed in day-to-day operations, with little time to step back and look objectively at the opportunities and challenges they face. Our leaders find themselves pulled in many different directions by staff, tasked with achieving an ever-expanding list of objectives.

Watch our video below to see “a day in the life” of our Leadership Hub Program.

It is time to invest in yourself and therefore your organisation. Taking the time to share, collaborate and develop your leadership skills is an essential part of your working life and needs to be made a priority.

To be an effective leader, especially in times of unprecedented change, it is essential to take time to work on the business, develop your leadership strengths, to keep up to date industry trends and opportunities and share with, and learn from peers.

A 2001 study on the impact of executive coaching by Manchester Inc. in the US showed an average ROI of 5.7 times the initial investment or a return of more than $100,000, according to executives who estimated the monetary value of the results achieved through being part of a leadership coaching program. Benefits included: an increase in productivity; organisational strength; customer service; reduction in customer complaints; retention; cost reductions; and overall bottom line profitability.

The NonProfit Alliance (NPA) Leadership programs bring together leaders who are united in their belief in creating a better world; who choose to work in unique but complex organisations which deliver social outcomes; and who ultimately believe in their ability to affect meaningful change.

Our peer to peer mentoring and networking program sees members join an advisory board of 10-12 NFP Leaders. All Hubs meet for a full day monthly, in the same location, to share their goals, advice and resources, listen to Keynote Speakers and provide a trusted and collaborative support network. Real life issues and opportunities are tabled.
