With over 20 years experience, Adam has led organisational transformation, strategy development, governance, change and people and culture initatives in some of Australia’s best known nonprofit organisations.
With a passion for the social sector, Adam is an executive leader with extensive experience in coaching, mentoring and developing programs designed to maximise impact at all levels of an organisation. He specialises in change management and cultural transformation, utilising both vision and systems thinking to create value for the organisations he works with. Adam holds a Master’s in Business Administration and volunteers as a mentor in the sector.
