With over 20 years leadership experience in the social purpose sector, Kelly is passionate about driving and developing collaboration to create greater social impact. Driven by seeing the proven results of how leaders can work together and support each other, she strongly believes in improving leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. She believes in authentic leadership – where people can be themselves, share their learnings and challenges, as well as the wins and feel safe and supported by their peers.
Over the past 12 months in HUB 1 we have had some really challenging issues for our leaders. I have seen first-hand how peers working together can support each other through tough times and the very real impact this has not only on the leaders themselves but importantly the work they do in the community
