Fundraising post the pandemic ‘pivot’ – what has thrived, where are the greenshoots and what remains exactly the same?
This session could well be described as: ‘Fundraising for the non-fundraising leaders amongst us!’
Using the very latest benchmarking, released June 2022, and a wide range of insights from across the sector, we look to the future of fundraising and how it has changed over the last few years – or not as the case may be!
Yes, there are some key insights on changes we can see; however, not all represent seismic shifts and some truths of fundraising practice remain exactly the same! Has digital really taken over post lockdown? Are the donors different and in what ways? Are there new opportunities everyone can now employ? We look to bust some pandemic myths as well as find insights for future success.
Most importantly; where are the areas of opportunity which non-fundraising organisations can embrace – the cost effective, sustainable solutions for the future? Our guide through this is going to be led by Fi McPhee from The Benchmarking Project and our very own Gavin Coopey, along with the voices of those on the ground in the fundraising world, brought together for an insight packed session – just as useful for experienced Fundraising Leaders; as for others in organisations looking to fundraise from scratch for the first time on meagre budgets; or those considering alternative revenue streams.
